This job requires the following; 2 valid forms of ID, Social Security Card, CPR/First Aide and OSHA 10 Certifications, Safety Toe Boots($100 Reimbursement after 90 days). This job is working a 4/10's Schedule is Zone B and has a duration of about 5 months. State Certification has been waived on this project This Call went to #51 on Book 2
1 - Journeyman Wireman for D.H. Blattner & Sons, Inc. to the Daggett Solar Project. Report Friday February 10th after Dispatch to the jobsite for a "Fit For Duty Test" that will include the following: Blood pressure test (Dr. Note excusal is acceptable), lift 50 LBS, climb a ladder with 3 points of contact and Urinalysis drug screening. Member will be paid $100.00 for a complete successful test. Orientation will be on Monday February 13th at 6:30am. Work will start on Tuesday February 14th with a normal 6:30am start time. This project is ZONE B, requires 2 forms of I.D., First Aid/CPR and OSHA 10 & is a 4- 10's schedule. This project also requires steel or composite toe boots (a $125.00 stipend will be paid to the member when new boots are purchased and a receipt is provided This Call went to #51 on Book 1
