This job has a normal 6:30 start and requires the following: 2 valid forms of ID, current Dues reciept and dispatch paperwork, steel toe boots, cpr/first aid and Osha 10 certifications. Bring Voided check if direct deposit desired. This Call was filled at #29 on Book #1
